Product Overview:

The MS0278 is a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (เอดีซี) based on a delta-sigma architecture, supporting data output rates of up to 256 kSPS. The chip integrates a delta-sigma modulator, digital filter, serial data interface, clock system, logic control, and I/O modules.

In addition to delivering high-precision DC measurement, the device also offers excellent AC performance. It supports five user-selectable operation modes—ultra-high-speed, high-speed, high-precision, low-power, and low-speed—which can be configured through dedicated hardware pins. An integrated digital filter processes the oversampled output of the analog modulator, producing a low-noise digital output.

Data can be retrieved via a serial interface, supporting both SPI and Frame-Sync protocols. The device also supports multi-device cascading and external synchronization, making it suitable for applications requiring more than 8 channels of high-resolution data acquisition.

The MS0278 is offered in a 64-pin LQFP package and supports an operating temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
