The MS3520, MS3525, and MS3540 are high-precision, low-drift, low-noise, and low-power voltage reference chips. They feature an initial output voltage accuracy within ±0.1%, with a typical temperature coefficient of 10 ppm/°C over the –40°C to +125°C range. Ultra-low drift versions achieve as low as 3 ppm/°C. When configured for a 2.5 V output, the 1/f noise is as low as 9 μVpp, and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) reaches 60 dB from 0 Hz to 1 kHz.
Three output voltage options are available:
048 V (MS3520)
500 V (MS3525)
096 V (MS3540)
The MS3520 and MS3525 operate from a 3.1 V to 5.5 V supply, while the MS3540 operates from 4.75 V to 5.5 V. All models feature a typical quiescent current of 900 μA and can source or sink up to ±10 mA.
These devices are offered in a compact 8-pin SOIC package, are pin-compatible with ADR4520, ADR4525, and ADR4540, and operate across a –40°C to +125°C temperature range.
